Improv Everywhere does such fun and interesting pranks.
They started the No Pants Subway Ride,
and do other crazy and funny pranks around New York City.
Every year they do a funny one on April Fool's day.
(You should look at last year's for sure!)
This year I'm thinking the video is a prank too.
