I think I'd like to try more cheeses,

but an experience in Austria 

with one that smelled like toe jam

has made me hesitant.

Each year on New Year's Eve,

my family makes crepes.

Though I love the ham and cheese ones,

the Nutella and banana ones,

the lemon and sugar ones are always one of the best.

Now this seems to sum up lots of things I love:

Homemade Vanilla:

It involves infusing alcohol with vanilla beans.

Its not like regular vanilla doesn't have alcohol in it.

And you only use it a teaspoon at a time.

You don't really drink it.

I think it's "legal".
