Dear Lisa,

I'm still having trouble sleeping
but last night was the first time in a few days that 
I didn't wake up thinking about The Hunger Games.

Then today in my email I got something for stretches to help you sleep better.


Hopefully they help because I'm going to be busting out my mat and trying some of them 
(that baby one looks funny...)

I'll give you the results tomorrow when I'm nice and well rested 
and not dreaming of Peeta anymore.

Mr Health club manager has me do most of those too...I think it's because they're yoga obsessed here
